Which data do we collect?

We only collect data that you provide to us via the contact form, email or phone. This may include your name, email address, phone number, message content, selected service and information about your boat or enquiry.

We only ask for data that is needed to review, answer and follow up on your enquiry.

Contact forms and Formspree

We use Formspree to process contact forms. When you complete a form, the information you enter is forwarded to our mailbox via this external form service so that we can respond to your enquiry.

Please only use the form for information that is needed for your enquiry. Photos or additional information can be shared via WhatsApp or email.

Purposes of processing

• Contacting you about your enquiry or project.
• Responding to questions and requests.
• Preparing a suitable assessment or quote.
• Administration and invoicing if you engage our services.

External services and links

The website uses Formspree to process the contact form. Formspree is only contacted when you submit the form yourself. Vimeo is only loaded when you consent to external media; without that consent the homepage shows a local static image. When an external service is loaded or used, it may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information.

The Manrope font is hosted locally on www.schilpoboats.com; the website does not connect to Google Fonts for this purpose. Google Maps is not embedded in the website. Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram only open when you click an address, route, WhatsApp or Instagram link. No Instagram feed or Meta Pixel is embedded in the website.

When you open an external link or use an external service, that party may apply its own privacy terms, cookies or similar technologies. Schilpo Boats does not control the processing of data on third-party websites.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 is only loaded after you consent to analytics cookies. Before that choice and after consent is withdrawn, the website does not send Analytics measurements. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the website configuration.

After consent, the website may send page language, page type, selected contact channel, button position, selected service, form view, form start, validation errors and a completed form submission for visitor statistics and contact-route measurement. Name, email address, telephone number, location or berth and free-text message content are not sent as Analytics event parameters. Google Analytics may process session, browser, device and approximate location information and set first-party cookies such as _ga.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not use Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking or other advertising tracking. Your privacy choice is stored locally in your browser for 180 days under schilpo_consent_v1. This storage contains the selected categories, a version number and the time of your choice and is necessary to remember your preference.

Only after analytics consent may the website keep temporary measurement context in sessionStorage and may Google Analytics set cookies. Only after external-media consent may Vimeo use cookies or similar technologies. Formspree processes form data when you submit an enquiry. Google Maps, WhatsApp and other external websites only open when you click an external link.

Managing or withdrawing consent

On your first visit, you can accept, reject or configure non-essential categories separately. Accept and reject are presented equally. You can change your choice at any time through ‘Privacy and cookie choices’ at the bottom of every page. After you withdraw consent, the website blocks new Analytics measurements and no longer loads Vimeo content. It also attempts to remove existing Analytics cookies.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with third parties when this is necessary to process your enquiry, provide the service, support the technical operation of the website or when legally required.

Retention period

Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary to provide the service, answer your enquiry or comply with legal obligations.
